I have been trying to think about what stressors there are on a day to day basis that most of us have to deal with, It is diffuicult to pin point exactly what stresses everyone of us because different people encounter differerent stresses and have ways in coping.
After reflecting on my own and talking to people about what stresses them out ( I will keep adding to this) List of day to day stressors

Little things piling up. E.G Wake up late, No clean clothes, weathers shit, havent got enough of my work done.
